Gent's rare vintage 18kt pink gold and stainless steel Patek Philippe slim pocket watch. Original silver dial with applied gold markers and hands. Manual winding. The dial is marked 'Patek Philippe & Cie. Geneve'. The seconds subdial is missing the hand due to age. 44mm case. Circa 1920's (+/-). Signs of wear due to age including sub-dials second hand missing. Watch includes one year Van Rijk warranty and certificate of authenticity.
